What will I do?

During the Underwater Photography Specialty Course at the Downtown Aquarium, you will learn to use the SEA (Shoot, Examine, and Adjust) method, which takes full advantage of digital technology.  The result is good underwater photos faster than you can imagine.  You will not only learn how to take good photos, but how to share them with your friends via email or printing, optimizing your work with your computer, storage and more.

How long will it take?

Approximately four hours (Includes classroom session at the aquarium and two dives).
Course Start Time: 8 AM

Course Fee: $249.00

Includes: Classroom instruction, two dives, Specialty certification BCD, Regulator, Gauges, Wetsuit and Computer.

$100.00 SeaLife Camera Set Gift Certificate for use on any current model SeaLife DC1400 Camera Package

Not Included: Mask, Fins, Snorkel (these may be rented), Camera, Optional – Digital Underwater Photo online ($169), Digital Underwater Photographer Manual,  Digital Underwater Photographer White Balance Slate, Digital camera with underwater housing and support hardware. Note: Rental cameras are available at A-1. Please call for availability and pricing.
*This course can be applied toward the  Master Scuba Diver rating.
